Le coffret DELUXE est composé de 15 essences de bois indigènes - 12 feuillus + 3 conifères. Chaque échantillon est gravé au laser avec le nom commun français ou anglais (au choix), le nom latin, la provenance, sa masse volumique ainsi que la silhouette de la feuille. La boite est faite de noyer teint en noir et est ornée de bordures en laiton et d’un logo. Ce coffret est idéal pour les amateurs de bois ou pour permettre à quelqu’un d’en apprendre davantage sur la matière ligneuse.
Chaque boite contient des échantillons de: noyer noir, noyer cendré, érable, érable piqué, cerisier, merisier, tulipier, orme d’Amérique, frêne blanc, chêne rouge, chêne blanc, hêtre, cèdre rouge, pin Douglas et pin blanc de 9cm X 23cm X 1,3cm.
Coffret: assemblé à queues droites avec couvercle style tombeau teint en noir orné de laiton, le tout en noyer massif aux dimensions de 31cm X 31cm X 14cm.

How are the wood samples identified and finished in this set?
Each wood sample measures 9 cm x 23 cm and is finished with hardwax oil, identical to the finish used on our high-end furniture. This allows you to see the true final appearance of protected wood. Identification is ultra-precise: a laser engraving indicates the common name, scientific name, and the silhouette of the species' leaf. The entire collection is presented in a walnut box with brass accents, blending practicality with the aesthetic of a designer object.
